The Jefferson River before and afterThe first stop on our "Get Lost" in Montana summer was at the Lewis and Clark Caverns. It was my mom and I's second time, Josh, Don, Riley, Olivia, and Ethan's first.
We learned that Lewis and Clark did not discover the caverns, but two ranchers... Olivia was smart enough to ask why they were called the Lewis and Clark Caverns, the answer, to honor the travelers. Did you know it is Montana's first state park. It was a great way to start our summer off right!
