I got to can pears 2 weeks ago! It was sooo easy and so fun, and so inexpensive. I already had jars so my only cost was lids and pears totaling $13.00. What thirteen bucks can get you.... 12 Quarts of pears and 7 pints of pear jam!! Yummy.
