Traditional Irish Blessing

Corn beef, with sauteed cabbage and onion served over warm colcannon.
 
Spinach blended scrambled eggs with avocado.
 
Pots of Gold for our babies


 
The Leprechaun knocks at all the good little Irish girl's and boy's doors...
 
And leaves Pistachio Pudding to make together!

 I love my Irish heritage. So do most people that have more than .00001% Irish in them! There is something so fun about giving a day to green.
This year we celebrated with a traditional Irish dish, of corn beef, sauteed cabbage, and colcannon (pureed potatoes with cabbage and green onion).
